If you have the need to film a video deposition for a witness who cannot be present during trial, Prevail can help. With the ability to be on-site during your deposition, Prevail can provide audio & video equipment to film and record audio. Additionally, we can also pull up exhibits to show to your witness to cut down on time and printing.
Sometimes a zoom deposition is necessary when all parties cannot be present in person. Prevail is highly experienced in zoom depositions and can provide hotseat services from anywhere at any time.
