VIDEO DESIGNATIONS & PLAYBACK
With the use of our trial software, Prevail has the ability to create exact designations of witness testimony that you will need to present during trial. Whether you give us a transcript with highlights, or a list of the exact page and line designations, Prevail can create exactly what you need. We can even sync your video depositions if necessary.
If you have certain exhibits that need to be shown during the video playback, Prevail can handle those as well. Whether you need them to be called up live, or baked into the video before playback, we are experienced with both and can certainly assist you in that area.
Prevail also offers the ability to provide you with clip reports of your designations. These will allow you to always know the runtime of your video, as well as how much time both side's designations will take. These reports can be full page, or condensed to help you cut down on printing.
