Video Deposition Recording and Synchronization

If you have the need to film the deposition of one of your witnesses, whether it is because they can't be at trial, or for impeachment purposes, Prevail can help. With the ability to be on-site during your deposition, Prevail can provide audio & video equipment to film and record the audio of your witness. Using the files from the court reporting compnay, we can also synchronize the video to make it easier to create designation videos for playback. Additionally, we can also pull up exhibits to show to your witness to cut down on time and printing.

Remote Witnesses at Trial

In the event that one of your witnesses is only able to testify remotely, Prevail can accommodate. With the proper equipment, we can set up a Zoom for your witness to be seen and heard by the judge, jury, or arbitrator. We also have the ability to pull up exhibits so that the remote witness can see the exact exhibit, page, and section they are being asked about.
